At 237 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Big Moose to 7 miles southeast of McKeever to near Boonville, moving southeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe storms will be near... Old Forge, Alger Island Public Campground, Eagle Bay, Nicks Lake Campground, and Big Moose around 240 PM EDT. Inlet, Limekiln Lake Campground, and Northwood around 245 PM EDT. Ohio and Eighth Lake Campground around 250 PM EDT. Poland and Cold Brook around 255 PM EDT. Newport around 305 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Nobleboro, Minnehaha, Farrel Corner, Carter Station, First Lake, Russia, Sagamore, Wolf Lake Landing, Wilmurt Corners, and Morehouseville.
