* At 1031 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 24 miles northwest of Waddington to 11 miles west of
Ogdensburg to 11 miles northwest of Jacques Cartier State Park to
23 miles west of Cedar Island State Park, moving southeast at 40
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
