* At 415 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Port Ewen, or
over Kingston, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
