West central Dutchess County in east central New York... * Until 500 PM EDT. * At 415 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Port Ewen, or over Kingston, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Kingston, Rhinebeck, Hyde Park, Pleasant Valley, Hurley, Millbrook, Fairview, Stanfordville, Staatsburg, Tillson, Port Ewen, Esopus, Rosendale, Marbletown, Rolling Meadows, Salt Point, Maple Hill, Norrie Heights, Hillside, and Haviland.
