Montgomery County in eastern New York... * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 813 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near St. Johnsville to near Cherry Valley to near Springfield, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Amsterdam, Canajoharie, Fonda, Fort Plain, Hagaman, Sharon Springs, Fort Johnson, Ames, Tribes Hill, Glen, Carlisle, Sharon, Charleston, Warren, Fultonville, Palatine Bridge, Nelliston, Esperance, Cook Corners, and Church Corners.
