* At 933 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles south of Highmarket to near Manlius, moving
east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
