Description:
At 1155 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Morristown
Village, moving southeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Rensselaer Falls, Potsdam Village, Heuvelton, Morristown Village,
Richville, Gouverneur Village, Canton Village, Hermon Village, De
Peyster, Potsdam, Gouverneur, Pierrepont, Hermon, Macomb, De Kalb,
Fowler, Russell, Pitcairn, Ogdensburg, and Edwards.
Instruction:

building.
