Description:
At 1245 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Newton Falls,
moving southeast at 60 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR DEGRASSE AND RUSSELL.
HAZARD...Three inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Law enforcement.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.

Clare, Colton, Hermon, Clifton, Russell, Edwards, Fine, Pierrepont,
Pitcairn, Piercefield, Canton, Hopkinton, South Edwards, Degrasse,
Newton Falls, Childwold, Shurtleff, West Pierrepont, Lower
Oswegatchie, and Aldrich.
Instruction:
This is a dangerous storm. Prepare immediately for large destructive
hail capable of producing significant damage. People outside should
move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from windows.

They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Burlington.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
