* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York, including the following
counties, Eastern Essex and Western Essex and Vermont, including
the following counties, Eastern Addison, Eastern Rutland, Eastern
Windsor, Orange, Western Addison, Western Rutland and Western
Windsor.
* WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A widespread 1-3 inches of rain is expected from this evening
through tomorrow evening. Localized amounts between 3-5
inches are possible in the southern Green Mountains and the
eastern Adirondacks.
