* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. High
flows and rises to near bankfull of small streams across north
Charlotte, Huntersville, and the west side of Concord.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 417 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Huntersville, North Charlotte, West Concord, Harrisburg,
University City, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Coddle Creek Reservoir
and Croft.
