Description:
At 612 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles southwest of
Warrenton to near Louisburg to 6 miles west of Bunn to near RDU
International. Movement was east southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Rocky Mount, Henderson, Nashville, Louisburg,
Wake Forest, Zebulon, and Franklinton.

Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 154 and 127.
Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 211 and 215.
Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 278 and 293, and between Mile
Markers 296 and 302.
Interstate 440 between Mile Markers 1 and 16.
Interstate 540 between Mile Markers 0 and 24.
NC Highway 264 between Mile Markers 20 and 34.
the Durham Freeway between Mile Markers 2 and 11.
