miles southeast of Franklin, or near Cashiers. This storm was nearly
stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Cashiers, Sapphire, and Whiteside Mountain.
