Description: 
At 150 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has decreased across the warned area, with only light rain currently falling. However, between 2.5 and locally 4 inches of rain have fallen since 11 PM on Sunday. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in areas near the upper Reddies River and Lewis Fork Creek basins. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Wilkesboro... Wilbar... Mc Grady... Millers Creek... Halls Mills... Buck... Mulberry... This includes the following streams and drainages... North Fork Reddies River, Fish Dam Creek, Church Branch, Cane Creek, Little Fork Creek, Bee Tree Branch, Gambill Creek, Middle Fork Reddies River, Mulberry Creek, Clear Branch and Lewis Fork Creek.
