Description:
The Flood Watch will expire for portions of Piedmont and western
North Carolina, including the following areas, in Piedmont North
Carolina, Alexander. In western North Carolina, Avery, Burke
Mountains, Caldwell Mountains, Eastern McDowell, Greater Burke,
Greater Caldwell, McDowell Mountains, Mitchell and Yancey.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 8 PM EDT this evening.
