* At 221 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast
of Franklin, or 6 miles northwest of Highlands, and is nearly
stationary.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
