* At 247 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Cape Colony,
or 12 miles southwest of Hertford, moving east at 5 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.
* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Perquimans, east central Bertie and southern Chowan
Counties, including the following locations... Saint Johns,
Macedonia, Hancock, Yeopim Station, Light Nixon Fork, and Somerset.
Instruction:

building.
Heavy rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash
