* At 424 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rex, or near
Red Springs, moving northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

Red Springs, Pembroke, Maxton, St. Pauls, Rex, Tolarsville,
