Description:
At 514 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 11 miles west of Goldston to 6 miles southwest of
Carthage to near Hoffman to 6 miles northeast of Rockingham to near
Chesterfield, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Rockingham, Pinehurst, Hamlet, Hoffman, Robbins, Ellerbe, Foxfire,
Dobbins Heights, Candor, and Taylortown.
This includes Interstate 73 between Mile Markers 26 and 45.
