Description:
At 350 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Rutherfordton, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mayo, Chesnee, Cowpens National Battlefield, Cliffside, Henrietta,
Green Creek, Harris, Fingerville, and Caroleen.
