possible.
* WHERE...Portions of East Tennessee, southwest Virginia, and
southwest North Carolina.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT /1 AM CDT/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are ongoing
tonight. Locations that have recently seen flooding, or received
several inches of rainfall, are at greatest risk of additional
flooding if they receive additional heavy rainfall. Locations
that have already seen flooding should take additional rounds of
heavy rain and storms seriously.
