At 422 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Northwest, or 7 miles south of Great Bridge, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and torrential rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Torrential rainfall of up to 1.5 inches in less than an
hour is occuring with this storm. Reduced visibility and
minor flooding possible.

Chesapeake and Northwest around 425 AM EDT.
Virginia Beach around 435 AM EDT.
Back Bay around 455 AM EDT.
