following areas, Alleghany NC, Ashe and Watauga and Virginia,
including the following areas, Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford,
Bland, Botetourt, Buckingham, Campbell, Carroll, Craig, Floyd,
Franklin, Giles, Grayson, Montgomery, Pulaski, Roanoke, Smyth,
Tazewell and Wythe.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
