Northeastern Emmons County in south central North Dakota... Southwestern Kidder County in south central North Dakota... * Until midnight CDT. * At 1129 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located along a line from near Sterling to near Braddock, or along a line from 25 miles east of Bismarck to 18 miles north of Linton, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Sterling, Braddock, Driscoll, Moffit and Kintyre.
