Southwestern Eddy County in northeastern North Dakota...
* Until 1100 PM CDT.
* At 1020 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located 7 miles northeast of Cathay, or 14 miles
northwest of Carrington, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Eddy County.
