Description: 
* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values of 100 to near 110 possible. High temperatures will range from around 94 to 102 today, 98 to 108 on Sunday, and 95 to 105 on Monday. * WHERE...All of western and central North Dakota including the James River Valley. * WHEN...From 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ this afternoon to 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures will only fall into the upper 60s and 70s tonight and Sunday night, providing little relief from the heat.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
