Description:
At 1258 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 6
miles southwest of Crosby to 8 miles southwest of Alamo, or along a
line from 6 miles southwest of Crosby to 24 miles north of Williston,
moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Grenora, Wildrose, Alamo, Hanks City, Writing Rock State Historical
Site, Appam, Zahl, Corinth and Hanks.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and
large hail.
