Description:
At 1105 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles north of
Lehr, or 42 miles east of Linton, moving south at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Wishek, Kulm, Gackle, Lehr, Jud, Venturia, Fredonia, Green Lake,
Danzig, Beaver Lake State Park, Burnstad and Alfred.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
