At 426 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Washburn, or 31
miles north of Mandan, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Washburn, Wilton, Center, Mercer, Baldwin, Cross Ranch State Park,
Sanger, Hensler, Price, Falkirk, Nelson Lake and Fort Clark.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
