Description:
At 502 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 11
miles north of Wing to 12 miles north of Bismarck, or along a line
from 36 miles south of Harvey to 11 miles northeast of Mandan, moving
east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Menoken, Wing, Sterling, Regan, Mckenzie, Baldwin, Arena, New Johns
Lake and Double Ditch Indian Village.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms have produced widespread
damaging winds and large hail.
