* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of north central Ohio, including the following county, Erie. * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Residual flooding from overnight. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 137 PM EDT, Residual flooding continues from very heavy rain overnight. Light to moderate rain will continue this afternoon. Up to an additional half inch of rain is possible this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kelleys Island. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
Instruction:
