Description: 
At 218 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Blanchester, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Washington Court House, Wilmington, Hillsboro, Blanchester, Sabina, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna, Morrow, Staunton, Clarksville, Martinsville, Midland, Highland, Butlerville, Pleasant Plain, Melvin, Fort Ancient, and East Monroe. This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 35 and 44.
