At 238 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Leesburg, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Chillicothe, Greenfield, Leesburg, North Folk Village, Staunton, Good Hope, Frankfort, South Salem, Bourneville, East Monroe, Andersonville, Austin, Lattaville, Knockemstiff, Rock Mills, and New Martinsburg.
