At 526 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Troy, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Troy, Piqua, Tipp City, West Milton, Pleasant Hill, Brown, Union, Fletcher, Casstown, Ginghamsburg, Haven View, Farrington, and Grayson. This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 66 and 80.
