* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following area,
Ashtabula Inland and northwest Pennsylvania, including the
following areas, Crawford and Southern Erie.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and
rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain
rates will continue to occasionally affect the area into this
evening. Rain rates of greater than 2 inches per hour are
likely with thunderstorms, which can quickly result in
flooding.
