* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...In eastern Ohio: Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble Counties In southwest Pennsylvania: Greene County and in West Virginia: Marion, Marshall, Monongalia and Wetzel Counties. * WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An axis of showers and storms that could produce heavy rain is expected to develop this evening.
