Northern Warren County in southwestern Ohio...
* Until 430 PM EDT.
* At 123 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are
possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Springboro, Pekin, Lebanon, Wilmington, Franklin, Carlisle,
Waynesville, Hunter, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Corwin, Caesar
Creek State Park, Oregonia, Fort Ancient, Kingman, Mount Holly,
Oakland, Ogden and Genntown.
