Southern Noble County in east central Ohio... * Until 445 PM EDT. * At 152 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen with an additional 1 to 2 inches possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Dudley, Dexter City and Harriettsville. Rainfall may cause Duck Creek to rise out of its banks and impact travel along County Road 821.
