* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of north central Ohio, including the following counties, Erie and Huron. * WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Norwalk, Milan, Northern Milan, Wakeman, Monroeville, Berlin Heights and Birmingham. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
