* At 642 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Parkersburg, Belpre, Harrisville, Vienna, Mineralwells, Boaz,
Lubeck, North Bend State Park, Washington, North Hills, Ellenboro,
Cairo, Walker, Freeport, Greencastle, Petroleum, Waverly,
Davisville, Nutter Farm and Schultz.

Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 165 and 184.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 36.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
