Salt Fork Arkansas River at Tonkawa affecting Noble, Kay and Grant Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salt Fork Arkansas River at Tonkawa. * WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Flood overflows are about a foot deep over unleveed agricultural lands... oilfields... and rural roads along the river in eastern Grant County... through Kay County... to the confluence with the Arkansas River below Ponca City. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The Salt Fork Arkansas River is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
