* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka and Johnston. * WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 556 PM CDT, Heavy rainfall that produced significant flash flooding earlier has ended, but runoff will continue present a threat of flooding. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
