* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest Oklahoma,
including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Lincoln,
Logan and Payne. In northern Oklahoma, Garfield, Grant, Kay and
Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Alfalfa, Ellis, Harper, Major, Woods
and Woodward.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- One or more rounds of thunderstorms is expected this
afternoon, evening, and tonight across the watch area with
very heavy rain possible.
