Northwestern Payne County in central Oklahoma... * Until 915 PM CDT. * At 839 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 4 miles southwest of Glencoe to 3 miles east of Lake Carl Blackwell, moving east at 10 mph. THESE ARE DESTRUCTIVE STORMS FOR STILLWATER AND GLENCOE. HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated and ASOS. At 822 PM CDT, the ASOS at Stillwater Regional Airport measured an 86 mph wind gust. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely. * Locations impacted include... Stillwater, Glencoe, and Lake Carl Blackwell.
