At 626 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles north of Freezeout Mountain, or 32 miles west of Parma, moving northeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Penny size hail. Heavy rain. Localized flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central Malheur County.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
