Description:
At 1209 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles northwest of Izee, or 29 miles southwest of John Day, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Grant
County.
This includes Highway 26 between mile markers 141 and 151.
