IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Milton, Lewisburg, Mifflinburg, Carroll, Watsontown, Linntown, New Columbia, Montandon, Penns Creek, McElhattan, Allenwood, Vicksburg, Elimsport, R.B. Winter State Park, Spruce Run Reservoir, Collomsville, Forest Hill, Sand Bridge State Park, West Milton, and New Berlin.
