Northwestern Tioga County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 100 AM EDT. * At 912 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding near Westfield. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen today and up to 5 inches of rain over the last 3 days. Additional rainfall amounts up to one half inch are possible in the warned area before midnight. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Coudersport, Westfield, Gaines, Harrison Valley, Keeneyville, Knoxville, Ulysses and Ski Denton Ski Area.
