At 358 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated earlier thunderstorms
produced 1.0 and 2.0 inches of rain across portions of the warned
area.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.
Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
Ewing, Yardley, Newtown, Ivyland, Richboro, Washington Crossing,
Woodside, Horsham and Newtown Grant.
Instruction:
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
