* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania, including
the following areas, in southwest Pennsylvania, Fayette, Higher
Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland. In
western Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Indiana and
Westmoreland.
* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms with the potential to produce heavy
downpours over areas that are already saturated are expected.
This could lead to flash flooding.
