* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in east central Pennsylvania, Berks. In southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia, Western Chester and Western Montgomery. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop through this evening, capable of producing heavy downpours.
