* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Elk,
Huntingdon, Northern Centre, Somerset and Southern Centre.
* WHEN...From noon EDT today through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving thunderstorms and locally heavy downpours are
possible this afternoon and evening ahead of a cold front.
